- "Kosher Mehadrin", Matzah Shmura on the Seder night and for those who wish throughout the holiday under the supervision of Rabbi Shlomo Katzin Shlita.
- The hotel will be reinforced with two more Mashgiach kashrut additional to the existing Mashgiach who stays throughout the year at the hotel, to supervise the general kashrut of the hotel, dining rooms, restaurants and rooms.
