Scholar in Residence
RAV BINNY FREEDMAN - Rosh Yeshiva, Yeshiva Orayta
We are honored to welcome Rav Binny Freedman as our Scholar-in-Residence this Pesach.
A dynamic and inspirational teacher, Rav Binny is known for his ability to make complex Jewish ideas accessible and deeply relevant to people of all backgrounds. Ordained by the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and a devoted student of Rav Aharon Lichtenstein z”l and Rav Yehuda Amital z”l at Yeshivat Har Etzion, Rav Binny also pursued advanced studies in Education at Herzog College, a premier institution for Jewish scholarship and pedagogy.
He has taught at prominent yeshivot in Israel, including Yeshivat Har Etzion, and lectured at prestigious universities worldwide, as well as serving as Scholar-in-Residence in over 100 communities across the globe.
A former IDF company commander and survivor of the Sbarro bombing in Jerusalem, Rav Binny brings both scholarship and personal experience to his teaching, leaving audiences inspired and uplifted.
We are truly excited to have him with us this Pesach and look forward to the insight, inspiration, and meaning he will bring to our program
Entertainment Program
An exciting, entertaining and uplifting program awaits the entire family throughout the week that will include topical lectures, panel discussions by experienced and interesting speakers, shiurim by renowned Rabbis, musical presentations, entertaining performances, pool fun, games, activities and much more. Combined with the hotel’s fantastic facilities, you will be pampered with a Pesach full of fun, relaxation, entertainment and culinary delights designed for your pleasure and enjoyment.
Exquisite Cuisine
The hotel prides itself in its wonderful cuisine boasting a wide variety of sumptuous dishes expertly prepared by its own five-star chefs that will delight your palettes throughout the Chag.
On Shabbat and Chag you will dine on a full board basis (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) and on Chol Hamoed, half board (breakfast and dinner). Lunch on erev Chag is included for people arriving prior to or on April 1.
Lobby and pool bars will also be open during the program as well as a food service on the private beach. Soft drinks, light refreshments and popsicles will be available free all day long at the pool - included in your Pesach package.
Each afternoon, you will also be pampered with a lavish afternoon tea and sweet hour served in the gardens overlooking the stunning lake.
Hashgacha is Rabbanut Tveria, all food products are Mehadrin. Gebrochts (shruya). No Kitniyot.
Seder Options
Communal Seder will be held in the dining room, led by our scholar-in residence and is included in your package. Private seders are available as well at an additional cost.
As locations for private seders are limited, we recommend adding this to your booking as early as possible to ensure availability and avoid disappointment.
Kids Dinner
An early kids dinner enhances the parents’ dining experience, making mealtimes more relaxing while catering to children’s specific needs.
Galei Kinneret Spa
The Galei Kinneret boasts a pampering spa complete with jacuzzi, wet and dry saunas and an array of indulging treatments. You can book a spa treatment in advance through our office to ensure a convenient slot and to receive our group discount.
Swimming Pool
During the day, the pool will be open for family swimming. Separate swimming hours for men and women will also be available at designated times.
Kids and Teens Program
In addition to a fully equipped kids play center, our dedicated entertainment team will keep your kids entertained all day long with a complete program of children and teen activities, fun workshops and excitement from morning till evening.
