In both the 2026 Israel–Iran war disruption and the 2020 COVID-19 cancellations, we stood by our guests. Those who could not travel because of cancelled flights, insurance restrictions or serious security concerns received full refunds. No deductions, no vouchers. We absorbed the financial strain ourselves, because our guests' trust comes first.
Our programs are family-run, and operated through Ophir Tours, one of Israel's largest and longest-established tour operators. Your booking is contracted with and handled by Ophir Tours, so you have the personal care of a family that knows its guests, backed by the financial security and full licensing of a major Israeli operator.

Your Seder, Your Way
Three Seder options:
- Communal Seder: in the main dining room, led by our Scholar-in-Residence
- Family Seder: your own table in the Tayelet hall, at your own pace

Private Seder room: limited availability, minimum 12 guests, additional charge
Chag Sheni: guests observing second-day Yom Tov are fully catered for on our 9-night package, which includes a second Seder and second-day Chag meals as part of the package, not as a paid extra.
Cuisine & Kashrut
Under the supervision of the Tiberias Rabbinate. All ingredients are sourced Mehadrin.

Tefillot
Minyanim three times daily throughout the Chag, held in the spacious Olympus hall to comfortably seat the whole group, with a Siyum Bechorim on Erev Pesach.

Scholar-in-Residence: Rabbi Grant Leboff
We are delighted to welcome back Rabbi Grant Leboff, who joined us for Pesach 2026 and returns for 2027.
Based in Ra'anana, Rabbi Leboff is a respected Torah educator who delivers shiurim in Israel and internationally. He is also one of the UK's leading sales and marketing experts and the author of five acclaimed business books, an unusual combination that connects timeless Torah values to the realities of modern life. His sessions are known for being insightful, relevant and intellectually stimulating, and he leads our communal Seder and delivers daily shiurim and lectures throughout the program.

This is a family program, run by our family for over 25 years.
Joey Freudmann has been hosting Pesach programs in Israel since 1999, and the Caesar on the Kinneret now runs alongside our long-established program at the Daniel Hotel in Herzliya. The program is run by Joey, Michael and Robert Freudmann.
We keep our programs personal by design. We know our guests, and many of them return to us year after year.
