Upscale has entered into a longterm partnership with this spectacular Las Vegas resort, giving us the opportunity to invest, build, and create the kind of Pesach experience we have always envisioned for our guests. Our entire newly built guest tower is exclusively Upscale Legacy’s, along with our exclusive use of the convention and dining spaces, ballrooms, enormous outdoor patios, exclusive Dream Pool, and a 25,000 square foot Children’s and Sports Pavilion. And for 2027, we’re upgrading the things that matter most.

M Resort, Our Resort Within a Resort
M Resort offers something unusual in Las Vegas. It has the sophistication and energy of Vegas without the overwhelming size and congestion of a massive Strip hotel. Our private tower features beautiful brand new and expansive accommodations, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking either the Las Vegas Strip or the surrounding mountains. The resort is compact, elegant, clean, beautifully maintained, and easy to navigate. Guests can move comfortably between their rooms, meals, Davening, programming, pools, and outdoor spaces. The tower elevators will be programmed appropriately for Shabbos, the property will have an Eruv, and our tower provides convenient access to Upscale’s exclusive convention and programming areas. M Resort features an elegant casino, but your Pesach experience doesn’t revolve around it. Guests do not need to pass through the casino as part of their normal Upscale routine.
An Upgraded Culinary Experience
Food has always been at the heart of Upscale Legacy, and for 2027 we’re investing heavily in taking it to another level. Our dedicated culinary and service staff will craft lavish breakfasts, abundant lunches, beautiful Yom Tov meals, themed dinners, Kiddushim and Onegs, late night food, cocktails, desserts, poolside dining, with the generosity for which Upscale is known. Our signature BBQ returns with Pit-master Donnie Eckhouse and his team and includes Cabana waiter and buffet service. And the Legacy Tea Room is getting bigger. Under the direction of Erin Campbell, our expanded Tea Room will operate around the clock throughout the program, with the exception of Seder evenings. Coffee at 6 AM. Dessert in the afternoon. Something savory at midnight.
At Upscale, nobody should ever have to ask, “Where can I get something to eat?”
The Dream Pool, An Upscale Exclusive
Upscale Legacy has exclusive use of M Resort’s DayDream Pool, while our guests also enjoy access to the resort’s expansive main pool. From 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, DayDream becomes one of the centers of the Upscale experience, with poolside BBQ, cocktails and refreshments, DJs, aqua aerobics and attentive service throughout the day. Private cabanas with dedicated waitstaff at both pools will be available for purchase, offering guests their own reserved space to settle in and enjoy the day. And when the sun goes down, the experience changes again, with a massive outdoor screen setting the stage for poolside movies and special evenings under the Las Vegas sky. For guests who prefer separate swimming, designated early morning periods will be reserved for men’s and women’s swim. Cabanas are limited in quality, so reserve yours today.

25,000 Square Feet for Kids and Sports
We’re transforming M Resort’s enormous 25,000 square foot Pavilion into the Upscale Legacy Children’s and Sports Pavilion. Basketball. Pickleball. Inflatables. Indoor play areas. Games. Sports. Camp programming. And most importantly, plenty of room. Our fully supervised children’s program begins at six months old and continues through the teenage years, with age appropriate programming throughout Pesach. Older children will have excursions and activities outside the resort, while younger children enjoy extensive programming on property. Teenagers will have their own sports, lounges, social programming, excursions, and late night activities.
Kids aren’t something we accommodate at Upscale. They’re part of the program.
Sedarim, Tefillah and Ruach
For Sedarim, guests can choose between our family dining rooms, our lively Rabbinic led communal Seder, or reserve one of just 15 private family Seder options. Throughout Pesach, we anticipate multiple minyanim representing Ashkenaz, Sephardic, and Chabad traditions, together with Shiurim, lectures, discussions, and an expanding roster of Rabbanim and educators. And Upscale has always had its own kind of Ruach. There will be singing, dancing, Kumzitzes, beautiful Yom Tov meals, and a meaningful Seudas Moshiach toward the conclusion of Pesach, followed Thursday night by our Mimouna Celebration.
Upscale Ruach – Unique and Uplifting
Featuring Ami Horowitz
Filmmaker, commentator, and political activist Ami Horowitz joins us for Pesach 2027 with his unique combination of humor, political insight, storytelling, and firsthand experiences. Ami has created feature films and short-form videos that have generated over one billion views globally, with his work covered by virtually every major media outlet in the world. He has embedded himself in some of the most dangerous and unpredictable environments – crossing the Aegean Sea in a rickety raft with Syrian migrants, coming under fire from Ivorian rebels, and being shot at by Islamic Jihad.
Additional speakers, Rabbanim, entertainers, and personalities will be announced as we continue to develop a world class experience for our guests.
When the Sun Goes Down, Upscale Comes Alive
At Upscale, there isn’t necessarily one thing happening at night and that’s intentional.
Expect concerts, comedy, DJs, dancing, dueling pianos, karaoke, our signature sing offs, kumzitzes, poker, cigar evenings, wine and cocktail experiences, poolside movies, trivia games, Yom Tov family competitions, and late night gatherings.
Catch the concert, enjoy a cigar under the stars, join our in house poker tournament, or settle in for mahjong or bridge. While the teens are enjoying their own late night programming, grab a coffee and good conversation in the Tea Room.
At Upscale, the night doesn’t revolve around one event. There is always something happening, and always somewhere to be.

Upscale Legacy is proudly multigenerational. Young families. Teenagers. Singles. Couples. Parents. Grandparents. And we don’t simply welcome every generation. We create programming for all of them. From our youngest children to our teens, adults and seniors, each age and stage has experiences designed specifically for them, while still bringing everyone together for the moments that make Yom Tov special. Some come for the energy. Some for the relaxation. Some for the friendships, Torah, food or entertainment. Most come for a little bit of everything.

Spacious Rooms and Suites
Every Upscale Legacy room is located within our exclusive new tower. Our double queen and king rooms are spacious, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking either the Las Vegas Strip or the surrounding mountains. One bedroom suites offer large separate sitting area, a king bedroom, and one and a half bathrooms and are approximately 1095 square feet – and, adjoining configurations are available for families wanting significantly more space, with such combinations approaching 1,700 square feet. Standard accommodations are limited to four guests plus one infant per room. A crib is included for infants. Larger families should speak with our reservations team about suites and connecting accommodations as these rooms sell out quickly.
Upscale Legacy – Space to breath
The M Resort Casino
For guests who enjoy gaming, M Resort offers a sophisticated, upscale casino experience that feels polished, contemporary and distinctly removed from the crowded atmosphere of many traditional Las Vegas casinos. The casino is located on a separate level from Upscale Legacy’s guest rooms, dining and programming areas, and guests never need to walk through it to access the Upscale experience. It is there for those who want to enjoy it, but completely out of the way for those who don’t. Elegant, beautifully maintained and refined, it complements the resort without defining it.
